I tried making the signature octopus dish from Jungsik. I followed a detailed recipe on youtube for guidance. I prefer the outside of the octopus a bit crispier than in the original recipe, so I fried it slightly longer. I didn’t have tarragon, so I used only parsley. As expected from such a well established dish, it tasted amazing.

  2. i imagine it’s easy to overcook and make rubbery, had it at restaurants and it’s either been great or rubbery as fuck.
