It is a fairly mild, very creamy cheese with a lovely, nutty gruyere kind of flavour.
Bought in Kathmandu at Krishna's shop for 1800 Nepali rupees ($12.40) for a kilo.
Very happy to get to try this lovely cheese! Also bought dried yak cheese I haven't got around to try yet.
