  1. Looks great! I’m grill shopping, and torn between a Spirit and a Genesis. Does that sear function/ “extra 40%” make much difference?

    Just curious why the spatula over tongs or a meat prong thin or whatever its called? I always opt for tongs on a steak just preference really.

  3. We need to talk about how your partner is handling the steak? Why does she have a second plate? And she’s holding it with what looks like a spoon?
