This is my first post ever, and I hope I'm in the right spot. If not, please be gentle and point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
My dad bought this cheese on a business trip in Sweden and forgot what it was called. I only have a picture of the bottom of the cheese to help. Do you guys know what cheese it is or what it's called? It was a bit pricey and was bought at a cheese shop.
