I can’t stop with the kabocha. Very low calorie, filling, nutritious, and really tasty cooked a bunch of different ways. High in fiber for digestion. Skin is edible.

Here I boiled it in bone broth I made that I’ll use later for a ramen or other noodle soup. I have plenty leftover kabocha for the noodle soup and to have with dinner.

Google kabocha calories. There’s a lot of discrepancies there. It seems that even though My Fitness Pal and other apps list it as super low in calories, it is actually higher than that. Someone on Reddit sent their kabocha for analysis to the lab and the result was more than 100cal per 100g… I love kabocha and eat it regularly but I usually use higher calories when I track it

  2. Kabocha is so good, I tried it for the first time pretty recently and used it for curry. Your plate is also really cute, do you mind if I ask where you got it?
