
Let me start by saying, Ignore the Kerrygold lol. I LOVE cheese. All kinds of which I've tried TONS, I think the only cheese I wouldn't eat is like straight up blue cheese but I love dressings and crumbles and stuff. Anyways. So I tried this cheese for the first time totally blind, didn't know what it was supposed to be like but I was thinking something like cream cheese.
So I opened it, and was immediately blasted by the smell of, what I can only describe as paint. So I'm looking at it and touching it, I eventually figure out that it's mold. So hmm interesting, even tho I'm offput by the horrible chemical paint smell, I decided to still try it. So I cut off the mold, get to the cheese, try it plain, then with sourdough. It was so gross. It kind of tasted like swiss? But just so horrible and bad, with a superrrr weird aftertaste. I love funky and stinky cheeses! So I'm telling ya it was just bad. Obviously lots of people like it, anyways, this was just my story as a HUGE cheese lover of finally finding a cheese I hate. Thanks for reading.
