Made the dough 2 days ago in preparation. First time ever making dough, and I did NOT do it correctly, but fortunately it was very forgiving and came out fine. It wasnt perfect but still significantly better than most pizza.

Cooked on a pizza stone in a normal oven at 550f for 7 minutes.

  1. I worked at a local pizza joint one of my first job (about 40 years ago) and that bubble would have gotten my ass fired on the spot. Just sayin. Your pizza looks delicious though.

  2. It’s got some promise. I would definitely pop the big bubble. You could probably tell before you put it in the oven that was something you needed to address. I would appreciate it if you would not only show a pic of the finished pizza, but also the crumb and undercarriage. If you want to show more than that, I’m off for seeing how you make it. Keep it up!
