  1. Millet polenta: wash millet really well, add 4:1 ratio of water to millet, salt, 1 Tbsp of oil. Bring to boil, stir regularly and simmer until soft (15-20 min).

    Mushroom stew: caramelize 3 onions, add mushrooms (I added 2 types), simmer until all the water evaporates, add some oil and fry for a bit.

    Vegan and hearty 🤩
