[Homemade] I made Pad Kra Pow with Fried Egg and Rice for dinner

  1. I used Basmati Rice because I didn’t have any Jasmine Rice at the time. I also used Italian Sweet Basil because I can’t find Thai Basil near me. Lastly, I would like to credit Pailin Chongchitnant for teaching me how to make this on her “Hot Thai Kitchen” YouTube channel. The egg is separated so that the white can fry till browned. When the yoke is added for just 1 minute, it stays nicely runny. This was sooo good. Thanks Pai.

  2. I never heard of it until recently, and now it’s one of my favorite dishes. Such a comfort food once you mix everything together.
