Beef Wellington with bordelaise sauce, roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary, and roast broccolini with aioli sauce on the side

In hindsight I should have used a rack when cooking, the bottom pastry was pretty raw; I also should have left it in longer but was afraid the top of the pastry would burn

Looks good. I’ve always wanted to try making one.
