      Gordon Ramsey would approve. Sometimes I like them this way. Other times I just want diner style.

      I can’t go back to normal American style scrambled eggs after having them like this.

      What brand of Hatch Chilis? I bought some online years back and they were just ok compared to the real thing. I think they have to be smoked on wood or charcoal and have to be the right variety of Hatch Chili.
