Looks absolutely delish, would destroy this plate, and lick it after. I do wish the streak was a little cleaner, I can’t help but notice it looks a bit like a dookie streak. I get your direction with the bok choy, completing the ring, but it also looks a little lonely over there.
Heres my completely uneducated 2 cents based on aesthetics, I couldn’t actually execute this better I recon.

Dookie streak is diabolical

I think maybe if the sauce was a different color, you have to create contrast between elements or they all look like one, hence the dookie stain comment. What if you added some cold butter to the sauce or heavy cream and make it lighter to contrast against the dookie,… also I like the attempt at flow, but if you make it a perfect circle it makes it look unnatural. Also if you’re gonna swipe a sauce you should run it through the vitamix and a chinois to make it super smooth, and make sure the thickness is correct so that your swoosh holds the shape you make it , like if you did a really appropriate portion of sauce as more of a rainbow shape in the middle, then set the bok-choi on top across it like an x shape, making sure it’s not too wet and dilutes the sauce it touches, then set the dookie on top at a gemmy angle, maybe with a drip of the sauce off the corner puddling into the swoosh…. Also roll those little onions or whatever the green things on top are chives into a nice litttle fluffy ball to give it some more height and contrast more, that kind of thing

What kind of combination is this? It looks like a restaurant dessert.

I like the white colour plate you used and the spring onions on top of the braised pork for colour contrast, the bowl of rice at the side, but for a dish that is braised, the amount of sauce you put on it feels a bit stingy (you can also kind of see the sides of the pork starting to dry up a bit).
Also, this may be controversial, but I think the dish would have a better eating experience if there is something more that adds to it like a pumpkin puree that you can mix with the rice afterwards to finish off the meal.
