Joe_Redsky on January 23, 2026 1:46 am Looks perfect! Hard to tell from the pic, but looks like a few cumin seeds? I like to season my steaks with kosher salt, lots of pepper, and a bit of garlic and cumin. Edit: maybe it’s lemon zest, not cumin. I’ve got 65 year old eyes.
