Sounds great! This is probably a stupid question but is the panna cotta piped or out of a mold?

that dish sounds banging. i think this one of those times, some more loose crumbs would help. the panna cotta with the quenelle feels out of balance, so either a 3rd thing or more small stuff to fill in some of the void so the 2 things arent just hanging out

Good panacotta wouldn’t hold itself like that.

I’ve never tried oat milk ice cream before, but I’m curious about it. It looks like a work of art.

Excellent stuff and I don’t think there is anything needed. Great job.
Maybe I’m just being annoying and I’m sorry but I would’ve loved to have something dusted over the panna cotta. Like fine cocoa powder maybe?

Question. If you are showing the food and how amazing the plating it is why would you include so much background? Here’s a pro tip from a veteran food photographer. Move closer to the food. People will be able to admire your work a lot more without the distracting background.
