This is one my favourite dishes. I picked the wild garlic myself, grinded it down with some parmesan, Olive oil, pine nuts, salt and a pinch of lemon to get a pesto. With flour and eggs I made some fresh pasta and combined both into this tasty dish.

  1. Wow your plating looks good. I always tried to make pasta dough from scratch but never got the perfect structure.
