As nice as the plating is, the colours are obviously pumped up to the point where it just looks fake.
I’m sure it looked nice in person but this might as well be an artists interpretation

Why is the oil on 90% of the plate? Either make it a complete base or drizzle it. That spot of bare plate is throwing the whole thing off.
Also, odd numbers give a better presentation. Remove one.

The colours sure look interesting,
but I don’t feel like eating would be a sensation to my liking sorry
