




My first time making takoyaki myself!
I bought the dry batter from Otafuku and mixed it with water and an egg. For the filling, I used octopus and spring onions. The toppings included Kewpie mayo, takoyaki sauce, tuna flakes, seaweed, sesame seeds, and spring onions.
I'm in love! If I had known how easy it is to make takoyaki, I would have made them more often for Sunday breakfast. They're now on my list of party snacks when I have guests.
