














I had leftover sauce from the manicotti and also a craving for wings π
When I debone wings I like to do about 10lbs then freeze them in small packs for convenience π
Coat in cornstartch w/ garlic & onion powder, fry until crispy, then shake in grated parm, and serve with some melted mozz on top of warm sauce π

never really thought to debone wings before, is it worth all the extra effort? is it a better price than using breast or thigh meat?
At first glance I thought these were going to be regular “boneless wings,” or as I like to call them, saucy chicken nuggets. But these are actual real boneless wings! I’m impressed! They look awesome.
