The first time I bought it was in a block. I think it said, “para fryer”. High school Spanish tells me it translates to “for frying”.

Frying cheese is my favorite! There is a giant cheese store in Rudolf Wisconsin that has flavored frying cheeses that I used to buy all the time. It tastes like cheese curds without the batter!
