    I do this all the time! Its my favorite. I crave a thick cut tender chop cooked medium. Oh so good. Sear and baste it! This one looks a little overcooked. You can tell by that bone. Next time leave out the garlic. Buy some Doe’s steak seasoning. Brush both sides w evoo, the add garlic powder and a little of the Doe’s. While its getting room temp let those flavors merry. The pan sear in evoo and butter. Sear on both sides then turn the temp down. Baste after each turn.
