[Pro/chef] Pistachio Cream-Stuffed Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I’m not the best baker, but I’m really proud of this cookie recipe. 

I adapted my best brown-butter chocolate chip cookies and stuffed the center full of pistachio cream. You can use store bought or make your own pistachio cream for filling (both will give you a gorgeous, gooey green center).
