I’ve tried a few times and had moderate success but finally got it down today. I was so excited! Loved the slightly crisp edges too.

  1. Low heat, cold butter, and room temp cooking spray. Fry the butter until melted, then immediately add the eggs. Swish them around after 30 seconds or so to prevent sticking. It will take longer at low heat.
