Moved out to a chalet in rural Quebec for a few months and had some friends and family over to celebrate the new year. This might be one of my favourite dishes ever to cook and it was real knockout crowd pleaser, especially in the harsh cold winter we’ve been having the past few weeks here. It’s the/my ultimate comfort dish, especially served over mash 🙂
