  1. Super simple!

    – Cook some rice (pre-soak 1-2 shiitake mushrooms in hot water before adding to the rice pot to cook the rest of the way).
    – cucumber matchsticks/ribbons
    – half an avo
    – surimi sticks (skip the mayo, not needed)
    – stir some sesame seeds in with the finished rice
    – spoon some fermented soy beans in chili oil over the plated rice
    – slice the mushrooms
    – fry two eggs, yolk still runny
    – finish with 1 scallion/spring onion
    – 1-2 spoons of kimchi or as desired
