Pounded out a pork loin cutlet and marinated it overnight. Also made some katsu sauce and let it hang out in the fridge for a day. Today i made some rice and chopped up some cabbage and fried up the cutlets. I was going to just slice the cucumber and eat it as is, but they were super bitter for some reason, so i did a quick pickle on them and they turned out great.
