Dinner: Sweet & Sour Brisket, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts with Balsamic Glaze

Snacks (not pictured): Nonni’s Biscotti, Apple Slice + PB

    I mean this in the most supportive way possible, but love, that’s not enough food. Please listen to your body and what it needs, and only follow a diet like this if a medical professional is monitoring you over the course of it.
