This was my first po’ boy and it’s so good, the catfish are huge and didn’t even fit in the bread as you can see😭 Well seasoned and crispy, the sauce came on the side but I didn’t even need it. The fries were very tasty as well.

Being southern… my brain does not understand that catfish cut nor batter texture and color.
