I eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch each day during the work week. I have 3-4 dinners tentatively planned for each week and I choose depending on my mood! I plan all this out ahead of time so that I can order my groceries. Since so many of you enjoyed my daily eating journal, I figured I would share this too!

  1. I would add volume to your plan with veggies, especially leafy greens. Low calories, lots of bulk, and helps with digestion.
Breakfast: spinach to omelette. Lunch: wrap sausage in lettuce. Dinner: mashed cauliflower, cauliflower rice, or add diced veggies to hamburger helper.

  2. I don’t know what a sausage cottage cheese bowl is, but I want it.

    (I’m assuming it’s self explanatory)

This is a really cute graphic! I’m sure it’s easy to stay on track when you’re this organized. I have one small note — it seems like you’re eating a lot of processed meat, which are carcinogens that are not going to help your body in the long run. It would be better to replace some of those with plant-based protein sources like tofu, edamame, seitan, tempeh, peas, etc.

Edit to add a source if anyone wants to learn more. This WHO article does a good job of explaining:

  5. I love this. Something sustainable (due to it being enjoyable) for you and based on the main rule of this sub. Visually it is cool and adorable.

Do y out heat up the sausage to eat it with the cottage cheese? Or do you eat it cold? I’d the cottage cheese cold or heated?

I’d totally love to try this. Sorry just curious because I never thought to combine them but I do think it sounds good. Also what sausage links do you use? Thanks for sharing this really helped me with ideas :3
