  2. I guess I should add some infos here!

    Sirloin steak (hand cut)
Capers, cornichons, shallots and some parsley.
    A good dollop of Dijon
    Few shakes of worcestershire
    Egg yolks
    Squeeze of Sriracha
    Salt and pepper.
Topped with salted Kampot pepper corns

    Served with buttered toast.

Edit: forgot to add the eggs

  3. Is it actually safe to make this stuff on your own? Im guessing you’d have to go to a specialty butcher and can’t just use anything from the grocery store?

  4. Yesterday someone brought over raw beef put it on the table with the rest of the food guests brought and just put it on bread and ate it. Like a poor man’s version of this. I was so grossed out. Just opened up a 1lb pack of burger. Put some raw onion on it, then would just grab a chunk and put it on some bread

  5. It looks delicious, I never tried with this kind of peppers. There is no olive oil in the recipe? Imho it improve the texture.

Also, I really like to add toasted pine nuts, maybe give it a try next time you do it.
And topping it with a raw egg yolk is always delicious (but that requires access to extra fresh eggs, which is always possible)
