I love steak but have just never made it before and i decided that tonight was the night. I love medium rare so i cooked it until 120°F then let it rest for 5-10 minutes for internal temp to continue rising. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, seared in a cast iron skillet with avocado oil, the basted with rosemary butter!
