

Thank you so very much for all the advice and tips from so many people. Like many people recommended, I’ve switched out the avocado. I used cucumber instead. The cottage cheese and wrap are the same since I haven’t gotten a chance to go shopping and buy lower calorie ones yet but hopefully when I do, the meal could be even less calories. I’ve used chicken breast instead of beef mince. And I’ve gotten rid of the 4 eggs as many people advised that there’s no need for that many protein sources. Now it’s less than half the calories of yesterday’s wrap but just as filling!!
