I should’ve used leaner beef. I wanted to use raw beef for the bread to make more of a burger texture as apposed to precooked. It was a little greasy but very delicious otherwise.

  1. Calling it a “Bread” might be pushing the constraints of that word.

    I would call it a “Cheeseburger bake” as it seems like a very large (beef version) of the Costco food court “Chicken Bake”
    For better results brown and drain the fat off the meat and let it cool to near room temp, then mix in shredded cheese and whatever else is in your filling with that cooled beef, put the filling in the dough and bake.

    OP, whats inside? I’d suggest maybe a thicker breading.
