not the greatest presentation but I much prefer having one medium (300-400 cal) and one large (700-800 cal) meal per day 🙂

750g carisma potatoes (100ml skim milk, salt, pepper and garlic powder added)
200g fropro southern style tenders (4 of them)
200ml gravox chicken gravy

carisma potatoes are crazy wrt caloric value. 47 cal per 100g is bonkers
