    Meat sauce:

    300g diced beef

    1 chopped parsley

    1tbsp minced garlic

    1 whole onion

    250ml red wine

    2 cans of tomato sauce

    1tbsp salt

    1tbsp sugar

    1tsp nutmeg

    2tsp cinnamon

    1tsp oregano

    1tsp thyme

    Pinch of white pepper

    3 bay leaves

    3tbsp Olive oil

    Bechamel Sauce:

    1L of Whole milk

    4tbsp of Unsalted butter

    Pinch of salt

    Pinch of nutmeg

    Pinch of black pepper

    50g all purpose flour

    150g kefalograviera Cheese

    Pasta:

    250g Bucatini or ziti

    1L of water

    1tbsp of salt

  2. Looks delicious. What makes this different from a lasagna? Or would you say its a different type of lasagna
