    [homemade] Tasso and apple stuffed wild ducks, coated in flour/brown sugar/seasonings then roasted brown and braised slow and low for about 4 hours.

    Converted something my grandmother used to make for quail for some ducks my son and I shot over the holiday for Christmas dinner.

      I can imagine a Christmas duck, but I think you wiped out the whole flock.

      Well at least all the grandparents, kids and cousins are together for Xmas, mingling together in a sauce.
