Followed the recipe from Fallow on their YouTube channel. Took two days to make but totally worth it.
Recipe called for short ribs and beef cheeks but I could not find the cheeks near me. I used shank instead.

Wow you did the rib and everything. I’ve had my eye on this one, anything you needed to adapt or that needed to be adjusted from their recipe (besides the cheek)?
