There's plenty of information online about Polish Christmas Eve cuisine, the 12 dishes and all, but somehow what we eat on the 1st day of Christmas, and the day after, is rarely mentioned. Well, here it is. Loads of cold cuts, plenty of herring and the ubiquitous vegetable salad. Frankly, I can't wait to start fasting in the New Year 😅
