Cooked Lamb for the first time yesterday [homemade]

With some roast potatoes and a hot honey whipped feta.

Seasoned the meat with SPG and a Za’atar mix and threw it on the smoker. Could have seared better before the smoker but I was absolutely bent drunk.

Tasted incredible.
