Pan Seared Pork Steak with Apple Cider Sauce and Caramelised Apples. Served with Gratin and Sautéed Brocolli. Finished with Crispy Sage Leaves.
4x tails, 1 lemon, chopped dill, 1/2 round La Pepe butter, 1/2 a tsp paprika each and then smoked with rosemary. 10 minutes in very very hot oven as close to the elements as possible. Serve with grilled asparagus, corn, green beans… by feathersoft Food
