This is qualified to what we in Sweden call “Fyllekäk” which translates to “Drunk Food”. It is usually your typical cheap fastfoods, however, not to take a jab at this cooking by you OP im sure the taste was fantastic but the looks were that of Fyllekäk and this is coming from the deepest part of my heart when i say that i love this Fyllekäk, i could see myself craving this
