    Pro tip on the shitty pre-made garlic bread. Take out of package and slice with a butter knife through the provided slices. Redistribute the garlic butter properly and toast in a pan. Nice job btw.

    Nice job on the tartare (from a chef who worked in a French restaurant)! Id absolutely suggest serving it up with some !nice thinly sliced and toasted sourdough bread next time!
