[I ate] leftover pulled pork carnitas with Kinders BBQ sauce in a toasted hoagie roll

Instant pot carnitas last night came out super tender with a ton of leftovers. So for lunch air fried a hoagie roll closed so it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Loaded it with meat mixed with sauce and a little extra on top. Heaven.
