I proudly present the purple turkey [homemade]

I normally use apple juice as the sugar component of my brine but the grocery had ran out so I grabbed grape instead. As I dunked the turkey it occurred to me that the bird was probably going to stain. The color came out a bit darker but it was probably the best turkey I’ve made to date.
