[Homemade] Big Fluffy Pancake with scrambled eggs

Added pancake batter to a cast iron skillet with no butter or oil and fried it on low/medium heat. Added homemade haskap berry jam on top with butter and maple syrup.

Eggs are a simple scramble with pepper and parmigiano reggiano (cacio e pepe style)
