Lol comment section is not disappointing so far.
First time attempting a quenelle, was the sorbet too soft? I had a tough time when it was fully frozen, so I may have overcompensated and let it soften too much.

Id be so fucking mad if all i got was 2 bites of posset and 2 bites of sorbet. I dont mind the use of the lemon but its too small. Maybe do this same idea but with larger citrus
