Apologies for the giant plate, it's all my parents had lol. Also the bird-shaped tuile was not intentional but a nice surprise.

  1. What’s the focus of the fish? That’s usually centered. To me, just an uncultured foodie, it looks like it’s missing a chunk of fish

  2. Audibly laughed when I saw the quenelle, it’s giving veiny testicles. I thought I might be being over-critical, so I checked the comments… but it seems I’m not alone 😂

  3. Lol comment section is not disappointing so far.

    First time attempting a quenelle, was the sorbet too soft? I had a tough time when it was fully frozen, so I may have overcompensated and let it soften too much.

  5. Id be so fucking mad if all i got was 2 bites of posset and 2 bites of sorbet. I dont mind the use of the lemon but its too small. Maybe do this same idea but with larger citrus
