None of the flair applies to this… but made these stuffed porkchops and baked spinach. They were amazing!
The bread was frozen before I added 425 degrees of oven heat for 12 minutes.
The mac and cheese is from a box. Guinness and carmelised onions. It was ok.

  1. Breadcrumbs, water, fresh grated parmesano reggiano, parsley, and mozzarella for the filling.

    Topped the chops with a pan sauce of white wine and lemon with some butter.

    Stuffed and seared for about 3 minutes in each side. Then about 25 minutes in oven at 350 to finish off.

    Was amazing.
