[Homemade] Montreal steak with a Octoberfest beer+bacon smoked butternut squash cheddar gruyere Mac n cheese

Wife and kids are out of town for the weekend. Smoked the butternut squash in my Bradley smoker. Beer and cheese sauce coupled with the smoked squash. Montreal season steak was in stainless pan with butter and some pastas water to deglaze and baste.
