I’ve gone nuts for this spicy bowl I could eat it every day, it’s filling and contains good stuff. Plus it’s takes less than a minute to make.

I’ve estimated it at around 400cals

  1. Can sweet chill tuna – 120 cals
  2. Cup brown rice – 220 cals
  3. Cucumber – 10 cals
  4. Kimchi – 20 cals
  5. Greek yoghurt siracha dressing 30 cals

The dressing 60/40 high protein Greek yoghurt and siracha sauce, lime juice, paprika and garlic powder.
