My first time cooking this, i missed the cuban inspired flavor of this dish from when i lived in Miami. Now that im living here in the Philippines you wont see this at any restaraunt.
Not perfect but im happy with the outcome for a first try. It was slightly under medium rare at the thicker parts but nothing that bothers me.
Im open to critiques as well, help me improve!
