Recipe:
1lbs center cut fillet Salmon- preheat oven to 400’pull salmon from fridge and rest on counter for 15min. Combine 2Tbsp butter, 3 cloves crushed fresh garlic, a fluffy tablespoon of lemon zest and 2Tbsp fresh lemon juice. Melt in microwave for about 30seconds and mix. Line shallow pan with aluminum foil and spray with grease. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and smoked paprika to taste (sorry I do that by feel).
Brush over all butter mixture and place in oven. Bake for 20min. I pulled this one at 140*F and it was still very juiced and the skin on the skinny side crisped up NICE. Topped with fresh basil and fresh squeezed lemon.
1 Roma tomato sliced to sit flat. Broiled on high for 5 min and sprinkled with salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes, and topped with fresh basil.
Microwave baked potato lmao. With 1/2tbsp butter, salt, and mozzarella. Topped with fresh basil
